I’m Wendy, an integrative counsellor working with adults who are navigating change, uncertainty and the difficult, messy parts of being human.
I have a particular interest in working with women through midlife transitions, including divorce, menopause, career change, caregiving, children leaving home and questions about identity and what comes next.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth and collaborative. I trained in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling in London, UK, and work both in person in South Surrey/White Rock and online.
